EXCELLENT customer service. Doug was a thorough listener, professional, and seasoned. He provided me with a quote on the spot and there were no extras tacked on. He found a date in which I could save money and this meant a lot for my family.

These guys did an excellent job! I was moving my elderly sister to assisted living from her home. They came at the time they said they would and called to say they were there. Once it was determined what was being moved they efficiently got everything out. They were VERY careful in not damaging anything in the house or what was being moved. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

Almost everything was excellent. The first contact was by phone to set up an estimate; answered right away and set an appointment. The estimator was great; possibly an owner. The crew at both ends was efficient, polite and friendly. We had blizzards during the move. This resulted in switching from a large van to two smaller ones that could navigate in inclement weather better. That storm delayed the delivery only by 24h, no problem for us. The only negative of the whole experience was a truck that was not water tight and caused some of the cardboard boxes to get wet and thus some clothes to get damp. The contents of a professional move should always be protected 100% from such leaks. Otherwise this would have been a five star review. I would still recommend this business. Perhaps their bigger rigs are water tight.
