Treated With Respect: A Military Family Customer Story

Client's Needs

A customer of Mountain Moving & Storage named Jessica needed help getting her family’s household goods delivered to their new home. Her husband has served in the military for over 20 years, so the family has made many Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves. After so many moves, they knew what they wanted: a crew that would treat their belongings, and their home, with care.

The Mountain Moving & Storage Process

On delivery day, our crew brought the family’s household goods to their new home. When it was time to move heavy items, the crew took extra care to protect the carpet and the grass. The family was still settling in and did not always know where things should go, so the crew stayed friendly and patient. If anything was broken, the crew told the family right away so it could be noted. When the work was done, the crew cleaned up everything.
