Mountain has moved me and my family members several times, as well as packed/loaded and unpacked PODs. They assist in safely packing items and providing needed supplies. I had an outstanding experience with Mountain Moving & Storage in WA! From start to finish, the team was professional, kind, and incredibly efficient.

My movers, Lise and Moses, “The Samoan Slam”, and Jason “The Loadmaster”, were an unstoppable team, moving me from Olympia to Lakewood with strength, precision, and perfect coordination. They didn’t know it, but my uncle from Guam had passed away the day before the move, and their friendly, positive attitude really helped make a difficult day a lot easier. They handled my belongings with great care and kept a genuine smile throughout the entire process.

Ed, the dispatcher, gave me a thoughtful courtesy call and coordinated perfectly, even helping facilitate the details I’d passed to Doug when I first called for an estimate. Celeste, the move coordinator, was phenomenal, quick to respond to my millions of emails and always patient and helpful.

Every part of the process felt smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving crew. Highly recommend Mountain Moving & Storage to anyone in the area!
