Mountain has moved me and my family members several times, as well as packed/loaded and unpacked PODs. They assist in safely packing items and providing needed supplies. They have also assisted with delivering items for donation. Always professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to help in any way. Mountain is my Go To moving company.

My movers, Lise and Moses, “The Samoan Slam”, and Jason “The Loadmaster”, were an unstoppable team, moving me from Olympia to Lakewood with strength, precision, and perfect coordination. They didn’t know it, but my uncle from Guam had passed away the day before the move, and their friendly, positive attitude really helped make a difficult day a lot easier. They handled my belongings with great care and kept a genuine smile throughout the entire process.

Ed, the dispatcher, gave me a thoughtful courtesy call and coordinated perfectly, even helping facilitate the details I’d passed to Doug when I first called for an estimate. Celeste, the move coordinator, was phenomenal, quick to respond to my millions of emails and always patient and helpful.

Every part of the process felt smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving crew. Highly recommend Mountain Moving & Storage to anyone in the area!

Best military move experience in over 18 years! Great customer service, timely communication, and flawless execution. I really appreciate the scheduling team for accommodating a request to do back-to-back Non-Temporary Storage and Household Goods to avoid a 7-day gap between shipments. Kudos to Cheryl, Celeste, and Doug for an awesome coordination experience! Jim, Zack, David, and Matt were the packing/moving team for my NTS shipment. I appreciated their professionalism and care for my belongings, home, and family. I requested the same team to come back for the HHG shipment and was happily obliged. What was supposed to be a long 14-day window for NTS and HHG, turned out to be a quick 4-day schedule thanks to the coordination team. The packing/moving team were so efficient, that they completed both shipments a day early during execution. Highly recommend Mountain Moving and Storage!
